Objective

To synthesize 48 Ugi products using five aldehydes, four amines, two acids and tert-butyl isocyanide using Mettler Toledo's MiniMapper

Procedure

The MiniMapper is mapped to dispense methanol (1.5mL) followed by each reactant (1mmol) according to the spreadsheet.
